Normally you start with a payment of a deposit of 20-25% of
the booking total. This payment must reach us not later than 5
working days after the receipt of our booking confirmation.
There are exceptions. If you make your resrvation later than
40 days prior to your first day of departure - or the booking
total is less than SEK 2500 / €250 - the booking total should
be paid by return.
For certain operators (Grandi Navi Veloci, Moby Lines and
others) you have to pay a deposit - and in some cases the
booking total - BEFORE we can make the reservation.
Exactly what rules are applicable in your case will be advised
when you make the reservation
Normally, the final payment must be made so the total amount
reach our account not later than 40 days prior to the first
date of departure. BUT - if there is an option date given in
your confirmation, these rules (see link below) applies.
For payments you can choose between paying by credit card,
bank transfer, using the services of bank and postgiro, or pay
cash over the counter in our office in Ystad.
