Ferry Center is at the moment
dedicated to tourist traffic. That is, we are just taking care
of passenger reservations when the vehicle is taxed as a
tourist vehicle. As soon as the vehocle contains commercial
goods and not just personal belongings as clothes, hygienic
articles, sleeping bags, tent, camera etc. for the passenger's
personal use.
As soon as your car is loaded with commercial goods, articles
for sale, furniture (even if it is your own), horses, racing
cars, boats on a trailer, etc. this is considered as Freight.
Freight reservations are taken care of by the operator's
freight department and you will be charged according to an
entirely different price list than the one you find on our
pages.If you arrive at the port with
a ticket for a tourist vehicle and your car carries commercial
goods, you will most certainly be stopped and your ticket will
be unvalid. In some cases you may be charged a surcharge and
admitted on board, but don't take it for granted.
